1. Buyer Protection and Refund Eligibility

  • Item Not as Described (INAD): If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or photos (e.g., wrong size, color, counterfeit, severe damage not disclosed), you may be eligible for a refund. To initiate this process:
    • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item by selecting “I have an issue” on the order page.
    • Provide a detailed description and clear photos illustrating the discrepancy.
  • Lost or Damaged Parcels: If your order is lost during transit or arrives damaged:
    • Report the issue promptly through the platform.
    • We may offer a resolution, such as a refund or assistance in resolving the matter with the seller.

2. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To request a return:
    • Use the “I have an issue” feature within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Clearly explain the problem and upload supporting photos.
    • Await seller response; if unresolved, our support team will intervene.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item is confirmed as not as described or counterfeit, the seller may cover return shipping expenses. If the item was bought under No Bad Days vendor then we will be responsible for return costs if the item is significantly not as described.

3. Seller Responsibilities

  • Accurate Listings: Sellers must provide truthful descriptions and photos. Misrepresentation may lead to returns at the seller’s expense.
  • Handling Returns: Sellers are encouraged to accept returns for items that are not as described. If a seller refuses a valid return request, No Bad Days may intervene to ensure buyer protection.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Once a return is approved:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
    • If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Limitations

  • Change of Mind: Returns due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., item doesn’t fit or suit personal preference) are generally not accepted. Buyers are encouraged to resell the item on No Bad Days if they no longer want it.

  • Minor Flaws: Given the nature of second-hand items, minor imperfections may occur. Refunds for minor issues (e.g., slight wear) are typically not granted unless the flaw was undisclosed and significantly affects the item’s value.

6. Counterfeit Items

  • Selling counterfeit goods is strictly prohibited. If you suspect an item is counterfeit:
    • Report it immediately through the platform.
    • If verified, you will receive a full refund without the need to return the item.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • If a resolution cannot be reached between buyer and seller:
    • Contact No Bad Days support for mediation.
    • Our team will review the case and provide a fair resolution based on the evidence provided.
