GENERAL RULES

1. General

  • You need to upload each of your items separately, under their corresponding category, except if it’s a bundle (and brand, if applicable).
  • You should only have one listing per item.
  • All items should have an appropriate item condition assigned to them. In the item description, you should also describe any defect, alteration, or missing part of the item.
  • You can choose up to 3 materials when uploading an item. A detailed description should also include information about additional materials (besides the main 3 already selected when uploading).
  • Bundle listings (sets) must state that it is a bundle or set in the listings’ title and/or description. Each bundle listing must have the total price for all the items it includes. The items included in the bundle cannot be listed separately. As for the brand field, choose one of your item’s brands.
  • Your listing or profile description shall not refer to external websites. Exception: Although we do not recommend it for privacy reasons, you may share a link to your social media page provided that it is not linked to commercial activities.
  • It’s forbidden to upload an item that is not available or already sold. Items must not be uploaded for the purpose of searching for the item. It is also not allowed to list something that is not an actual item (e.g. for trolling purposes). Find out why your listing was hidden or deleted.
  • The maximum item value allowed on our platform is £30000.
  • All listings and other posts related to auctioning or bidding activities are not allowed. When your item’s price is unusually low/high and doesn’t seem to match the real item’s value, the listing may be considered as an auctioned one. Find out how to set a reasonable price for your item.
  • Any allowed plug socket electrical products and any battery powered products that transmit heat must not present material damage such as frayed or loose cables.
  • All personal data should be cleared and personal accounts should be disconnected from electronic devices. All devices should be reset to their original factory settings and should be fully turned off prior to being shipped. Remember to remove any personal belongings from the item that you list, like your SIM card or similar items.

2. Requirements for the item’s photos

The pictures used in your listing shall meet the following requirements:

  • They have to represent the item as it is – no image editing is allowed. We also recommend showing any defects, scratches, wear, etc.
  • They must be sharp and clear. Check out our photo tips.
  • They have to be taken by you with the purpose of using the photos on No Bad Days.
  • They cannot be replaced with stock photos, photos from ads and watermarked images.
  • The first photo should clearly represent the whole item or the whole bundle (bundles should not be shown in collage of photos, only one image is allowed). You’re free to choose how you want to showcase your item in your additional photos. You can upload up to 20 photos per listing. Please remember to show all items from the bundle so members know what they’re buying.
  • They must showcase your item’s authenticity. Check out our tips on this.
  • For products which are subject to age ratings (like adult video games) they need to display the necessary age rating label.

3. IP policy

  • It is strictly forbidden to upload counterfeit items to our platform. Counterfeit items usually copy or imitate the trademark (e.g. name of the brand, name of its product and/or logo) of a company without its permission. They may also copy the specific notable features of that company’s product (e.g. the shape of a perfume bottle, the design and specific pattern of a bag). Note: Sale of counterfeit items could expose sellers to civil and criminal proceedings.
  • Members can only upload items which they are sure are authentic. They cannot add a disclaimer to their listing saying they are not sure whether or not the item is authentic.
  • Members must also upload pictures showcasing as clearly as possible their item’s authenticity.
  • Using other brands which are not related to your item in the brand category, title/description or as a hashtag in your listing is not allowed.
  • The use of words such as “inspired by” followed by a brand is also generally prohibited on our platform.
